When will my order be dispatched?
DISPATCH TIMES ARE 10-14 WORKING DAYS FOR CUSTOMISED ITEMS AND 7-10 WORKING DAYS FOR NON-CUSTOMISED ITEMS.
What options are there for shipping?
At the moment our products are shipped via Royal Mail 48hr tracked.

How long does shipping take?
We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Please note the following;

Which courier do you ship with?
All our products are shipped via Royal Mail. Tracking provided once dispatched.
Where do you ship to?
At the moment we only ship to the UK.
Can I return items if I do not like them?

If your items are personalised or handmade unfortunately these are not eligible for returns due to being made-to-order. If you have any issues please try to reach out before hand.
Why does the design seem different than on screen?
Please note that colours may appear slightly different in person compared to what is shown on digital screens due to monitor settings and lighting conditions during product photography.
Why is there a slight imperfection?
Our products are carefully handcrafted with vibrant and high-quality designs. However, due to the nature of the production process, there may be slight imperfections in design placement or seams not aligning perfectly. These minor variations are part of the handmade charm and do not affect the functionality or overall appearance of the product.
