Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Four And Co Creations Products
Design Placement and Seams:
Our products are carefully handcrafted with vibrant and high-quality designs. However, due to the nature of the production process, there may be slight imperfections in design placement or seams not aligning perfectly. These minor variations are part of the handmade charm and do not affect the functionality or overall appearance of the product.
Colour Variations:
Please note that colours may appear slightly different in person compared to what is shown on digital screens due to monitor settings and lighting conditions during product photography.
Returns and Exchanges:
Imperfections such as slight misalignments, small seam overlaps, or minor colour variations are not considered defects. Therefore, these will not qualify for returns or exchanges. However, if you receive a product with significant issues affecting its functionality, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Custom Designs:
For custom-designed products, we strive for accuracy and quality. However, small variations in alignment or placement may occur as part of the production process.
Handmade Products:
All our products are handmade, meaning each piece is unique. Slight imperfections or inconsistencies are a natural result of this process and contribute to the individuality of your item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Note: Our 3D printed products are not eligible for return. Our 3D products are custom made which means when you place an order, they are handmade for you. For this reason, we cannot accept returns if you ordered wrong size, colour, design or simply because you changed your mind. Please double check when ordering.

- Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses.
- 3D items are not returnable.
- Personalised items are not returnable
- Non-qualifying returns include any item(s) marked on "Sale" or sold as a "BOGO" offer
- Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed and your store credit to be issued.
Cancellation
Any orders made are eligible for penalty free cancellation up to 24 hours after the order has been placed. Cancellation requests made after this time will be refused. To implement a cancellation request please email us at fourandcocreations@icloud.com
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
